I’m Russell Eighteen and I’ve been in the construction trade for over a decade. I set up my business with these aims: to deliver the highest standards of workmanship at realistic prices – and to offer our customers a complete design and build service for homeowners and businesses.

18 Design & Build Ltd are a family run business. My Father, Peter Eighteen, owned the business before me and has over 40 years of experience. As Site Manager he  makes sure the jobs run smoothly. We are a company with old values but modern ways. We are certified contractors for Wisley Gardens and Oracle Business Park having completed numerous works for them.

With over 40 years of experience in the building trade, we strive to achieve an excellent finished product on time and on budget. Finding ways to add value to your home or premises is a factor we always keep in mind on every job and we hope you’ll find our advice impartial and beneficial.
